It's been awhile, but I finally got to draw Zartan again. I loved this character and all through the issue I drew of Dreadnoks Declassified I felt like I never nailed it. Granted it was like the second full comic I had ever drawn, and 5 years ago, but still.

At last ! My favourite Gi Joe character and best toy ever !! Thanks for gaving him justice !
I just would say that he could have been meaner without pupils , maybe i'm wrong , What do you think ?

I've seen it both ways, but with pupils we get that he's looking around the corner. Its much harder to get an impression of line of sight otherwise.

Most impressive. I always like the character more in the comics than I did in the tv show (he wasn't as much of a sell out in the comics). I do like that you've kept the look very close to the original tv series though, and something about your work on his chin just dares someone to ask who the heck he is.
